We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any part of the Services at our sole discretion.
4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, up-to-date information
Not use our Services for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes
Secure proper consent for contacting any leads via phone, email, or SMS
Comply with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local data privacy regulations
Accept full responsibility for any communication or marketing message initiated using our platform
5. Use of AI and Content Disclaimer
Our tools are powered by advanced AI, but:
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or contextually perfect
You must review and approve any content or communication before deployment
You bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated output
6. Intellectual Property
All software, code, designs, branding, and written content created by or for QualifAI remain our intellectual property. You may not reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any material without our explicit written permission.
7. Fees and Payments
All pricing is discussed during consultation and tailored to client needs
Payment terms and billing cycles are provided during onboarding
We reserve the right to suspend Services due to non-payment or chargebacks
8. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by our performance. If you follow onboarding instructions and complete campaign setup but fail to receive at least 5 qualified bookings in your first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. All refund requests must be made in writing within 45 days of starting Services.
9. Termination Policy
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time for:

Failure to comply with billing terms
You may terminate Services at any time with written notice. Prepaid fees are non-refundable outside of the money-back guarantee terms.
